Chico Real Estate Update as of 6/11/2007
As we near the end of the second quarter of 2007, the Chico Real Estate market has experienced an approximate 17.5% increase in the quantity of available single family residences available for sale, with 454 homes listed in the Sierra North Valley Multiple Listing Service database.
The quantity of Chico homes that successfully closed escrow for the week ending June 9th was 18, which is virtually unchanged as of the last week of March, the average sales price was $374,550 with a median sales price of $344,950 and an average days on the market of 77.
The quantity of homes that have gone into escrow this week is 18, with a average asking price of $319,371 and a median of $299,900. Overall, the Chico Real Estate Market is holding its own!
